Returns:
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@7dvyz.com  within 3 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used or damaged.

Refunds:

Exchanges:

Once we receive your return, we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
